Specializing in noninvasive diagnostic innovation and manufacture for over 20 years, VÄSAMED designs, licenses, manufactures and distributes products, software and services for assessing and managing hemodynamic health.  The SensiLase PAD-IQ Studycast System provides dependable, reproducible measurement of tissue perfusion of the extremities particularly in patients who have combined peripheral arterial disease and diabetes.  VÄSAMED’s technologically advanced products can be used to support positive patient outcomes by noninvasively measuring hemodynamic parameters in a clinic or office setting and effectively managing data communication and storage requirements via its HIPAA compliant, enterprise class cloud server.


Management Team

Mike Schreiber – President and CEO  ~ Mr. Schreiber joined Vasamed in late 2016, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the medical device and healthcare IT industries.  Mike has extensive commercialization experience in direct-to-physician devices, OEM devices, contract development, and SAAS healthcare solutions.  Schreiber has held a variety of leadership and entrepreneurial roles and served as a major contributor in multiple start-up companies.  Mike previously served as Vice President, Global Commercialization for ImpediMed.  His experience also includes Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Minnetronix, and he was the founder and principal of VendorClear, the first and largest vendor credentialing SAAS solution for large healthcare systems, which was acquired by Intellicentrics in 2010.   Mike graduated from Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and he also earned his Master in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. 


Daniel Bartnik – Chief Technology Officer/Vice President of Operations  ~ Mr. Bartnik has over 20 years of product development experience. He has developed and advanced technologies for noninvasive and minimally invasive measurement of various physiologic parameters and developed a team of individuals to support this work.  Mr. Bartnik has expertise in advanced optical R&D, signal processing and embedding computer development in the defense industry (Unisys Defense Systems) and statistical software for various other enterprises.
